Welcome to Project One in the heart of Frankston!

Opening this café has been a lifelong dream of mine, and at just 22 years old, I’m incredibly proud to see it come to life. As a born-and-raised Frankston local, I’ve always had a deep love for this community—and an even deeper love for coffee and the connections it creates.

In mid-2025, I was lucky enough to take ownership of a long-standing property that once housed an old Italian restaurant. It had definitely seen better days, but with the incredible support of my family and friends, we stripped it back to its bones and rebuilt it—every tile, every coat of paint, every detail—into the welcoming space it is today.

This café is more than just a place to grab your morning brew. It’s a reflection of my passion, my roots, and my commitment to serving up great coffee with a smile. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, I hope you feel at home here.

OUR GOAL

The name Project One has more meaning behind it. It is a sign for more to come in the future. This is the first of many, but we hope to see Project Two, Three, Four and many more all around Melbourne
